The Quake 1 source code was released a while back and in their spare time, Titanium Studios has successfully ported Quake 1 to the Dreamcast. The port took a whole week and a half and involved converting OpenGL code to Direct3D, new file I/O, performance issues, complicated controller support, and compacted savegames on the VMS amongst many smaller issues. Unfortunately TS is unable to distribute this code at all.
