Cheers to NVidia! Not only for making some of the fastest video cards for gaming, but now for adding the NVidia GeForce2 Go mobile chipset to their lineup. This little beast is geared towards laptops and packs the equivalent of the GeForce2 MX. Now we can all strut laptops to LANs. Here's the specs:

  • 17.2 Million triangles/sec
  • 0.8 watts average power consumption, 2.4 watts max
  • DVD decoding
  • .18 micron fab
  • 143/166MHz (core/memory)
  • 286Mpixels/s, 572 Mtexels/s
  • 2.6GB/s memory bandwidth
  • 32/64/128-bit SDR/DDR configurations, with up to 32 MB of RAM
