As viewable here, Nintendo has filed a lawsuit against Imagine Media claiming that Imagine Media does not have the right to publish screenshots from Nintendo's games, or to use its trademarks. Click above to check out the response from Daily Radar, a website owned by Imagine Media.

it would seem like posting ss's of games would kinda be like free advertising....no wonder i hate nintendo
