For all of those who haven't yet had the pleasure of playing Swat 3:EE see if these reviews can change your mind! PC Strategy Games reviewed Swat 3:EE and gave it 90% and a big thumbs up! Quote - SWAT 3 EE is a fantastic package all round, and if you haven't picked the original SWAT 3 up already, you now have absolutely no excuse. It's still the Rolls Royce of ultra-realistic squad-based action and no mistake. The co-operative mode is a joy and, while the deathmatch option falls flat, it's an essential item for SWAT 3 devotees. The addition of the level creator, skin editor and Mod plug-in utility further enhances an already excellent game and elevates it to the classic status that it has always so richly deserved. Stodge also posted a review of Swat 3:EE but didn't seem to enjoy it as much as PC Strategy Games giving the single player only 65% and the multiplayer 80%. Quote - The SWAT series of games has grabbed my attention for sometime now, but I never felt the need to try them until the latest incarnation, SWAT 3 Elite Edition, was released. Why? Mostly because now it supports online multiplayer action!! The single and multiplayer aspects of SWAT 3 EE (S3EE) are different enough to be held as and reviewed as different products, so I'll try to do that. Besides, some aspects work better in single player, and some work better in multiplayer. Thanks Tactical Planet! |
