Heres the tutorial - 1) Go to www.kali.net
2) Download Kali 2.2 or later
3) Install Kali 2.2
4) Allow it to scan for games.
5) REMOVE the Swat3 entry. I repeat, REMOVE the Swat3 Entry.
6) Go to Games, ADD CUSTOM GAMES
7) Browse to your SWAT3 folder and Select the SWAT3.EXE
8) Under Game properties (For SWAT3) , COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS put the following: -nointro
9) Under User Maps Directory type X:\SIERRA\SWAT3\Missions\ where X is your drive that SWAT3 is on
10) Under Game Defaults Tab make sure that ALLOW UNKNOWN VERSIONS is CHECKED
11) Leave the rest of the settings alone.
12) Go to Game Lobbies Folder, Go to SWAT3 Folder. If you see a game, join it.
13) Go register the darn thing, its only $20 and you get lifetime updates for free and IT WORKS.
14) Once in a game the host has set-up SWAT3 will automagically launch. Once in SWAT3 go to LAN Games.
15) At this point you should see the host and any other players.
16) Nice the nice stuff: Anyone can host, Its FAST No WON Ads No WON Fake "peer to peer" crap No WON CD Serial # Check No WON Jerks: You can kick anyone or even ban. No WON Disconnects. Did I mention its Fast?
17) The bad stuff: It costs $20, one time. You spend more than that going to a dinner and a movie.
