Just to make sure no one has any problems Sierra have informed us VIA there forums that they are reactiviting the Online CD Check. Heres the Scoop

Tomorrow, February 15th 2001, Sierra will be reactivating online CD Key checking for SWAT 3. Our matchmaking servers will once again be verifying that you have a registered copy of SWAT 3 or SWAT 3: Elite Edition in your drive.

This may effect you if you're using an illegal copy, you entered the CD-key incorrectly, or you're playing on multiple machines with a single copy.

This change will be invisible to most users.
