Sorry to say but our network was down due to network changes or something. If you tried to enter this site yesterday or the day before and it didn't work, don't worry. I think we are back in business. Here is the word from Sniper over at the main network site, 3dretreat.com

I would like to apologize for the downtime you may have experience over the last few days. Our host Playnet.com moved the network to a new facility for upgraded bandwidth, and while the move was happening, the entire 3d Retreat network was down. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
