DJSlakoR has updated his .plan file and talks about a new RSB<->BMP Converter being released. This would make it version 2.0 and will feature several new features. If you aren't sure who he is, DJSlakoR wrote a tool that lets you take rsb files and convert them to bmp files or vice versa. It is a very handy tool that can be found here. Email him if you have any suggestions or ideas for his upcoming work.
