If you've been paying attention to the RS modding community, you will know who Mike Schell is. Although RSE released the map plug-ins that let modders make new maps, it is still very difficult to create new characters from scratch. Mike's upcoming CRP Utility for RS will let modders create and edit character models. Check out our interview with Mike last year here for more details. Mike has recently updated his site, The Armory, with some very cool pics of his first 'from-scratch' CRP creations. Thanks to RS Database for the news.
