Aggression has published a very cool post about whether or not heartbeat sensors seen in the R6 series are workable in real-life. One of the contributors to the debate is Brian Upton himself, who has made a significant contribution to the design of the whole R6 Series and the upcoming Ghost Recon. Hey alistairgd, I've lurked in the news group on many occasions, using outlook express and forte agent as a news reader and I just can't seem to get comfortable enough of an interface to post, curious if you had any news reader suggestions ? ------------------

Outlook Express is an excellent newsreader, unless you speak to Agent users. Agent has more bells and whistles and is regarded as the preferred newsreader by "power" users. Personally I found its interface and options confusing, and prefer Outlook Express. Its true that some people find newsgroups initially hard to get into, prefering message boards, but for anyone savy enough to get on-line it shouldn't be a problem to get into Usenet. Make a post in AGR-S for the hell of it to try it out, if you've lurked you'll know its a pretty safe environment  )Cheers ------------------
