Yoon-sup Um From Korea has informed the Rogue Spear Retreat that TAKE-DOWN was released July 28th, 2001.

On a further note, Yoon-sup Um has included some pictures of the TAKE-DOWN box, cd, and game manauls. Here are a few of the pictures:

What exact engine is Takedown using the interface in the box screens of the back of the box look alot like and old R6 interface.

Just wondering!!!!

Hey Copper,

Take-Down is using the Urban Ops engine as its base. However, they have customized the planning interface for this release, so it looks a little different than what we are used to. Also, they have increased the system requirements for Take-Down (PII 450MHz with 128MB and a decent 3D graphics card) so you will see maps and models with higher poly counts etc.

VAXC3, and Others,

Word from Yoon-sup Um that TAKEDOWN will be released in the US within the next year or so. Thats all the info I have at this time...

And I quote from Yoon-sup Um:

"....Because Kama will export this game in the USA in later this year...."
