Your computer is on drugs. cause i dont have that file. So it is not needed by the game

Let me ask you this. Are you unzipping or moving locations for your files? Because if you are, you need to adjust your View to SHOW ALL FILES rather than hide system files. I had a smiliar problem when I moved my Rogue Spear into a new directory. *.dll is a system file.

I have that file in my RS folder and on the CD.
