Subjectivity disclaimer ;-)
A KVM is a hard product to gauge when it comes to the unit's performance. There are no tried and true ways to benchmark a KVM. As such, any "review" of a KVM product will be nothing more than a product
assessment based on one persons subjective experiences. With that said, I will
detail my experiences with this particular KVM product. I have been using
this product for about 6 weeks now. All in all I like it. It does however have
some minor annoyances that I will detail later.
Setup The KVM was connected to a variety of computers over the
course of the 6 weeks I have been using it. I used the four connections to run a
combo of computers 1, 3, 4, & 5 at once to simulate using 4 PCs at once.
The majority of time I have been using the product, PCs 1,4, & 5 have been
connected. - Dell XPS-T450, GF2 Ti / Voodoo 5 5500 running at 1280x1024x32 at 75 Hz, connected via USB
