bigluker Junior Member	posted 01-05-2000 11:42 PM             The only difference i see between linear and nearest (and all sub-variations) is that the more towards "nearest" you get the more pixelly the textures look. No performace increase that I noticed over a variety of platforms. Stick with Linear it looks the best. IP: Logged
Snipe Junior Member	posted 01-07-2000 08:31 PM             Well for me Linear Mip Linear makes the missions load the fastest, but I don't know about the frame rates in the game. Yes, nearest makes the textures look pixelated, but I do see improved frame rates. It depends on your video card so you will have to experiment. -Snipe IP: Logged
